Yanique “Curvy Diva” Barrett rolled into 2016 with a louder look with Magnum Tonic Wine. The radio and television host is the new face on the 2016 Calendar recently released. Fans can catch their "Curvy Diva" at seven spots across the island as she is set to stop in at select locations and autograph the calendars.
The pinup sees the sultry host of the Magnum Kings and Queens of the dancehall TV show in a captivating red two piece in a sizzling post atop music boxes. The calendar has been receiving tremendous support from the Magnum community.
“The response has been crazy, everyone has been asking where they can get it and I am getting a lot of love and positive feedback so I am really excited about it. I have actually never done anything like this before so I didn’t know what to expect but it came out really well, it is edgy, loud and sexy but it is powerful and classy as the crown symbolizes,” said Barrett.
“Magnum is always doing something new and that is something I really love about Magnum Tonic Wine. This year I am going Louder with Magnum. It is fresh and exciting and I am just excited as usual to be a part of bringing the whole experience together,” she concluded.
Her relationship with brand continues to grow since her introduction to the Magnum Kings and Queens of the dancehall show in 2011. Yanique has carved a space for herself in dancehall as fashionable, sexy and industrious as she continues to set trends with risque and "loud" fashion with each appearance on the show. “Every year the show seems to get better and better. I am usually a little worried before it starts because I wonder how we will top last year, but from the contestants to the production to the Magnum team, everyone steps up and delivers. So I just want to ensure I am delivering my A game as well and I will be mixing it up with my fashion so you can expect a few International pieces. I have seen some of the new contestants and some of them seem like seasoned veterans so it’s gonna be another loud season.”
Fans can see Yanique on air again on Saturday, January 30 when the first audition show in the 2016 season of Magnum Kings and Queens of the Dancehall airs on TVJ.
