Sean Paul’s One Wine Blazing Premiere

Triple threat superstars Sean Paul, Machel Montano and Major Lazer had France in frenzy on Thursday, December 10 with the video premiere for their One Wine single. The video premiered on French radio station NRJ’s website, NRJ.com, as well as The Fader.

Since its release, the single has been making its way on the European scene as it soared to #4 on the UK Club Urban charts and is already top 5 on the US iTunes Electronic charts. The singe has also broken into the top 12 on France’s iTunes Electronic chart and peaked at #13 on the Beatport Top 100 Electronic chart.

The video which was directed by Che Kothari, Montano’s Manager alongside Charlie Sarsfield and Jordan Bond from Fraction Films, features clips from Sean Paul and Machel Montano performing at the 2015 Notting Hill Carnival in London with backstage excerpts with Major Lazer and friends.

The video, like the single, is a thrill with high energy scenes and stunning graphics illustrating a fun energetic theme.

This is not the first time Sean Paul has teamed collaborated with a Soca artiste as the Grammy-Award winning star has previously been featured on Soca tracks including Destra’s Free It Up in 2008. The Full Frequency artiste is known to have diverse collaborations throughout his career and this marks the second EDM single that he has worked on with Major Lazer following the hit release Come On To Me from their 2014 album Apocalypse Soon.

Sean Paul recently brought the COP21 Climate Change Conference to a close at Le Bourget in Paris with the environmental anthem, Love Song to the Earth before setting the stage ablaze at the Bypass in Geneva and Les Planches in France. He is then set to travel to Israel on January 23 to perform at the Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv.
