Chuck Fenda’s Fullfillment


Reggae Star Chuck Fenda also known as the 'Poor People Defenda' released his third full length album titled Fulfillment. The album the follow up to his critically acclaimed Better Daysfor Fifth Element and Living Fire for Greensleeves Records is poised to become another classic for the reggae singer.

Three of the singles featured on the album namely I Am For The Poor, Cold For The Money and Bad Boyfeaturing Sammy Dread has already been getting rave reviews from various industry heavyweights as Fenda with us usual melodic voice sings about the plight of his people.

Born in the United States, but grown in Jamaica, Chuck Fenda with a career that spans over a decade has delivered some outstanding performances at various events such as Sting, East Fest, Original Jam Jam amongst countless overseas high profile assignments in the United States, Japan and across the wider Caribbean community. Embracing the Rastafarian way to life, Chuck Fenda has proven to the fans that he carries the title of ‘Poor People Defenda’ with songs lifeLife Ruff Out Deh, I Swear, Haffi Win, Respect Mama,Gash Dem and Light Dem.


Fulfillment, a 15 track compilation, includes a wealth of masterfully crafted new material that is sure to soothe the souls of an economically battered nation. Production credits for the album belongs to none other than Jamaican music heavyweight Shane Brown of Juke Boxx Productions who has also guided the career of dancehall artiste Busy Signal. Others producers are Marvin and the very experienced Flava of No Doubt Records.

On October 13 Fulfillment was released via iTunes, VPreggae.com and all other major online outlets, and was made available in all major stores worldwide on October 26. Chuck Fenda is all about building Jamaica so let us use this as a platform to support local talent and Jamaican music.
